In November 2012, Best Group were selected from an agency pitch process to provide design consultancy services for a new ‘built brand’ look through the development of a new signage style guide.

The Best Group team worked through reviewing and auditing several of the current sites to ascertain the vast array of varied brand representations and embarked on a process of refinement for both a new brand palette externally and internally. Using the new palette, Best Group has developed a new internal wayfinding and customer engagement strategy through signage that is more subtle and emotive. A stark contrast from the brand-centric strategy implemented to date.

Collaboratively with Quest, Best Group was responsible for signage at some 20 new development sites throughout Australia in 2013 along with commencement of design and project management of the new signage style guide elements to the existing franchisee sites.
