Having worked with the Barry Plant Group for over 8 years; Best Group has been heavily involved in the franchise brand and network development that currently celebrates being Number One in Victoria.
As the real estate market gets more competitive, the team at Group Head Office started to realise the importance of their offices as a physical touch point. Whilst technology (namely the internet) facilitates rapid product to market functionality, it is the office that provides customers with a physical brand touch point.
To date; the full potential of creating a true brand experience with the interiors of their office hadn’t been realised.
Based upon our innate knowledge of the brand; Best Group were approached to work with Head Office to develop a complete overhaul for the look and feel of the interiors. A branded space that facilitated a deeper, more emotional connection of a customer with Barry Plant.
Teaming with long standing interiors partner Anna Drummond, our team sought to break down the barriers, take off the blinkers and approach designing a new space that embodied the ‘red carpet experience’.
The result is a physical brand experience that facilitates engagement for both the customer, and creates a sense of pride for staff. The design has been broken into a ‘Kit of Parts’ which is designed to easily be deployed to an existing office network that presents challenges with a variety of sizes.
The new look will progressively be rolled out to the network offices over the coming years as the Barry Plant franchise continues to develop throughout Victoria.
