Qatar Increases Australian Brand Presence in Melbourne CBD

The airline industry in Australia is becoming highly saturated and competitive, and we hear about the increased presence of international players on a weekly basis in the media!

The Australian market is a large component of Qatar’s growth strategy, and they are increasing their presence in the Australian market alongside other UAE brands Emirates and Etihad.

To cement their presence and competitive strategy, Qatar Airways engaged Best Group to provide signage and construction services for a new brand presence at their Collins Street Australian Headquarters in Melbourne’s CBD.

Our team worked with Qatar marketing locally and in Doha to work through the most appropriate brand application for the built environment in this location, combining the brand style guide objectives with building management desires and City of Melbourne planning controls.

The end result is a built brand presence that is ‘true to brand’ with effective brand communication in the built environment during the day, and at night, whilst being empathetic to the streetscape.
